The C-Fu Gourmet Chinese Seafood Restaurant, located at the SW corner of Warner & Dobson Rds., Chandler, Az., advertises a four-pound live Maine lobster dinner.  Well, a friend/colleague of mine - Kelly Phipps - treated me to a retirement dinner at this fine establishment.  While they had many four-pounders, it was not until speaking with the manager that we discovered they had a couple of six-pounders!  We had to move to a larger table!  Kelly had his steamed, with garlic-butter on the side, while I had mine wok-prepared with a blackbean sauce.  The manager started us each with a cup of egg-drop soup(delicious!), rice, our soft-drinks - and sent us off with a sesame roll offering(interesting) and the obligatory Fortune Cookie.  The serve-staff were very attentive and accommodating.  And we each took large portions home(Arky2 loved it!)
     The manager said that, last year, they received a special request for a ten- and an eight-pounder(much larger table), and that they fed 18 people!  Our meal was, indeed, pricey - for teachers -almost $200 with a 10% discount, not including the tip(Thank you, Kelly!), but it was worth every bite!  Highly recommended, if you are not eating on a budget!
