Ricky Williams, of the NFL's Miami Dolphins, has been banned from playing for one year, due to repeated(4) substance-abuse violations. The Canadian Football League, which has no such policy, and with the Dolphin's/NFL's blessings, will now have Williams as the 'highest' paid running back in the CFL. Taught you a lesson, huh, Ricky?!
