    2.  The Az. Legislature is going down-to-the-wire, in preparing the State budget - again!  And, once again, teacher compensation hangs in the balance!  While Gov. Napolitano insists upon specifically earmarked funding for teacher pay increases and ASRS contribution off-sets, your duly-elected leaders(you actually voted for these asses?) want to re-supply the school districts with MILLION$ more in discretionary funding(that means you won't get it!)
