I've got to hand it to Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks.  After the Miami Heat won the NBA Championship, he was shown on the court applauding the victors.  Say what you will about his eccentricities - he wants to win, but loses with class!

     Let's see now - the Heat stifled the Mavs, the Hurricanes wind-whipped the Oilers(NHL Lord Stanley's Cup is back in the U.S., Adelaide!) - so the winner between those two now plays Brazil for the Athletic Cup?  Actually, the NBA and NHL seasons are both impossibly long.  After an entire season, only half of the teams are eliminated!  And some make the playoffs with less than winning records.  What a joke!  'When I was a kid...' - yeah - the NBA and NHL seasons were completely over by late April or early May!  MLB began their season, followed by the NFL - which ended as the NBA/NHL hit full-tilt.  Now, well, it truly is just a business, except for the fans who just can't seem to let it go!  That's okay, but leave the fake cheeseheads home!  And World Cup Soccer?  Isn' that the same as the Olympics, anyway?  Why such a big deal about it again?  Oh, yeah, 'cause it's being held in Germany!  Boring!!!

     And how about that Ben Rothlisberger?  Shown proclaiming that 'If the Pennsylvania government felt helmets were important, they would have mandated them!'  Well guess what, Ben - they ARE mandated - for all but licensed motorbike riders - which you are not - so not only did you get cited for not wearing one, but also for riding a bike 'out-of-your-league' - to add insult to your injuries!  And don't rely solely on government legislation to make your decisions - use your head for something besides a turf-scraper!
