Schoendienst, Skelton, Adair, and now Buttons.  God must need more good men named 'Red' up in Heaven!....Who says that this young generation will go hungry?  Wal-Mart has just announced that they will no longer attempt to prosecute anyone stealing goods valued at less than $25 - Bon Appetit!....War in the Middle East was inevitable.  Since the late '70's, when Jimmy Carter let the Shah of Iran fall(after decades of U.S. support), for the sake of 'Democracy,' and then supported Hussein in Iraq, as a natural enemy to the Shah's evil, Muslim successors(under Reagan)), to the takedown of Hussein(no more natural enemy), as a fatal attempt to call the bluff of terrorism - it is now up to Israel to rid the region, and the world, of these terrorist regimes!  Hezbollah leaders made the same mistake that the Bush Administration had made - when they thought they could pressure Israel into recognizing their 'authority/power' by kidnapping two Israeli soldiers, to bargain for the release of Hezbollah/Palestinian criminals!  Well, there is no Gitmo in Israel - except for 'git mo missiles!'  Iran, Syria and Lebanon beware - your support of these terrorists have brought the wrath of the world - and especially the region - upon you!....Americans in Lebanon are distraught that the U.S. government is taking so long to evacuate them, in this time of war.  Duh! - the same thing happened only 10 years ago - same place!  You went back - you wait to get out - again!(Hear that, New Orleans?)....In Phoenix, Az., it takes an income of only $98K to match the Earning Equivalent Lifestyle of New York City($200K).  The most high-powered jobs, however, are in cities, such as NYC, that offer the higher Lifestyle Earnings.  On the bright side, lower salary offerings usually coincide with less competition for those jobs - duh!  And we wonder why uneducated people want to increase the Minimum Wage?  And politicians will oblige - creating less competition for their jobs!  Vicious circle - Stay In School!....The small patch of hair, just below a man's lower lip, is called a 'Soul-Patch.'  The hair along the top of a woman's upper lip is called a 'Mish-rag!'....The U.S. Senate had approved a 750 mile wall, to be constructed along the U.S.- Mexican border(Why is it not called the Hispanic border?)  They have now voted, overwhelmingly(almost 4 to 1), to not fund the project.  Sound familiar?  It should - these same tactics have been used quite recently - by the Feds and by the Az. State Legislature - in Education Legislation, among others.  Mandated programs are either under-funded, or not funded at all(ie., NCLB.)  Get elected on promises, and then renege - with appropriate rationalizations!....There once was a man from Nantucket....
