What summer! What a savings! I had previously suggested that it is a wise decision to have Home Warranty Insurance, for your house systems and appliances, but little did I know just how much that I would need it! Both of my air conditioners and my main refrigerator(twice) broke down at the same time! The end result? For repairs that would have cost thousands of dollars, it cost me my annual premium($480 - which continues to warranty the entire house) and $55 for each of the two companies that made the repairs! There are other plans/premiums available that you may tailor to your needs, but if you have an older home, or older appliances/systems, you really should 'Google' Home Warranty Insurances and select the product that is right for you. Otherwise....Ouch!
