Az I Laugh At It....
Okay, here's my other two entries in the recent Valley 101 Hot Weather Limerick Contest:
My AC had gone on the fritz,
As the temperature mounted full blitz.
But think me no fool,
I sat by the pool
And downed a few bottles of Schlitz!
Remember December rained hail,
And the desert dirt turned a white pale?
Well, the air's still so wet
That dry we can't get,
Like the inmates in Sheriff Joe's jail!
