Dillon's - with several locations in the Valley - I have dined at the establishments located at N. 59th Ave & SR 101(formerly Javelina Springs), and 84th Ave and W. Thunderbird(just west of the SR101).

     Dillon's specializes in several styles of  BBQ Ribs, but I have also ordered the Lemon Pepper Cod, and Linda had the Smoked Salmon Filet, as well.  Dinners are served with choice of two sides - with many side choices.  And did I mention that everything that I have tried has been delicious?  No?  Well, everything that I have tried has been delicious!  And without the cowboy mentality that is sometimes required to enjoy other local rib joints.  Prices were comparable to those others, for ribs, and maybe a minnow higher for the seafood, but hey - it's a rib joint!

     Try Dillon's - you won't walk away hungry or disappointed.  But you will get a heckuva good ribbing!
