Don't you believe it!  The Arizona Cardinals fired Head Coach Dennis Green, as they have fired many coaches, since arriving in the Valley, 19 years ago.   Michael Bidwill , with Papa Bill remaining silent, insists that the team is at a crossroads - and heading in the right direction.  Vice President of Football Operations, Rod Graves, reiterates the sentiment - of course he HAS to - he is responsible for assessing the talent(or lack of) that has been brought to the team since 2003 - and received a 3-year contract extension, as Green was ushered out!

     A great defense - only allowing big plays and many points at crucial times, but most often capable(yeah, right!)  A formidable offense - except that the linemen cannot run-block, making passing statistics exaggerated, because teams know that they only have to stop the Redbirds from scoring - so Leinert can throw for as many yards as he and his receivers would like!  Special teams?  That would be the Bears, Ravens, Patriots and Colts!

     2007?  Expect more of the same, unless the offensive line is seriously up-graded.  The present group can play together for as long as they would like and will still not be any good(Rod Graves)!  Denny Green?  Not his fault!  Rod Graves?  Bidwill's fault!
