More odds and ends:  Several Maricopa County school disticts are again 'researching' the idea of unification.  I have been in Arizona since 1978, and there are more districts now than ever, although unification has long been determined to be one of the starting-point answers to many of the problems in this poorly-educating state!  While this is directly related to the extreme stupification of our youth, there is only one true reason to NOT unify - the loss of administrative positions($$$) and power($$$)  Never gonna happen - wouldn't be prudent!....Two humpback whales are about 70 miles inland, in the Sacramento River, and nature experts are attempting to lure them back towards the Pacific Ocean with simulated whale sounds.  Wouldn't it be easier to CHASE them away - by playing rap music?....Some adults consider drinking alcohol at a young age to be a 'right-of-passage,' and actually may enable their children to do so, if only to get it out-of-the-way.  Researchers report that children who begin drinking before the age of 15 are five times more likely to develop alcohol-related problems later in life.  And 100% more likely to have parents that are idiots!....Hurricane season begins on June 1st, and is anticipated to be more active and violent than last year.  Good luck, and stay safe - to all of my friends in Louisiana, Florida, and the rest of the Gulf states - and especially Jaime and her Mom, Sharon!....If America got it right - Jordin Sparks is the newest American Idol!
