"If we leave Iraq, they'll attack us here!"  I heard the same thing, about the Commies and Vietnamese, in the early 1970's, and they haven't attacked us yet!  The Muslim terrorists are killing GI's a few at a time - because they can.  When U.S. politicians foretell war on domestic soil, they are using the same scare tactics as LBJ and his Cabinet used.  Do not believe that our involvement in Iraq is anything more than an attempt to manage Mideast oil reserves.  There is no intervention of any immediate consequence in Sudan, while hundreds of thousands have died.  The difference between this genocide and the Holocaust(Never Forget!) is only the Madman and the method!....There go those Catholics again!  They are in favor of what will amount to another amnesty for illegal immigrants.  Just a coincidence that the majority of these 12 million illegals are Catholic?....An illegal immigrant was convicted of raping a Scottsdale Saguaro HS student.  Does this mean that it could not have been a legal resident?  Of course not, but with Arizona's broken borders, and school and State officials refusing to mandate proof of status from both students and employees, this did not have to happen!....I'm all for compassion - so how about the following solution:  Let the illegals stay - but - do NOT allow them free access to any social services, including schools, medical care, Social Security, welfare, etc.  They may work and must pay taxes, but until they become legal residents, they are not eligible for any free social assistance!....Compared to residents of most other states, Arizonans are three to seven times more likely to die from the heat - and ten to fifteen times more likely to die in poverty!....June is 'Beautiful Women Month!'  Let some woman know that you think she is beautiful!....Beautiful, romantic Paris, France!  The air in Paris, along with other major world cities, is found to be tinged with cocaine!....In Arizona, where it is a necessity to seal houses from the desert heat, air quality may be worse indoors than outdoors.  Periodic ventilation - opening windows and doors - may be beneficial.  In my case, I think I'll go for a walk and let out some of my hot air!
