Have you ever needed to contact some company that has a computer-generated telephone program, and you CANNOT reach a human to assist and/or expedite your call? It used to happened to me, quite often, until Phyllis M. sent me a 'telephone cheat sheet' site that divulged the appropriate 'secret' phone numbers AND easy-access tips, to circumvent the computer systems. Well, Phyllis, due to the overwhelming response from the good - but disrespected - consumers, that site has been relocated.
