The Atlanta Falcons' QB Michael Vick is accused of multiple and heinous animal cruelty acts, and is presently barred from participating in any NFL activity. While his alleged behavior is certainly unacceptable, previous NFL superstars have been dealt with in much more lenient ways, for crimes even more heinous, ie., Ray Lewis, of the Baltimore Ravens, who returned to the NFL and helped to win a Superbowl title, was charged with murder - of a human - and although it could not be proven in a court of law, it is thought that he is as guilty as OJ Simpson, who was also acquitted! While the legal system has yet to play out, it may be safe to say that Michael Vick will return to the NFL, and be whole-heartedly welcomed by the fans of whichever team signs him!
