Arizona's Lemon Law - the law that assists consumers in their efforts to attain equitable results for purchasing seriously-flawed, new automobiles - does not apply to vehicles weighing more than 10,000 pounds - meaning RV's. There is little or no recourse, if the new RV that you purchase(as most are well above 10K pounds) starts to fall into disrepair - even if under warranty - and the dealer, or manufacturer, decides that there is no cure. Get any 'promised' deal in writing!
