-Get ready for another shock!  APS is seeking to increase your monthly bill, by 'allowing' customers to pay extra for using clean, alternative energy, such as solar and wind sources.  APS will even sell systems to customers for about $21K, with about $12K in subsidized rebates, leaving customers responsible for the $9K balance.  Hey, but they'll finance the system for a twenty-year term, saving the customer about....well, uh....no....costing an additional $10K - but hey - you're being a good sport, and saving the Earth from a global-warming disaster! 

     -Have you replaced your older, lower-rated AC unit with a much more energy-efficient model - but you don't feel that you are as comfortable now?  You are correct, Freon breath!   While the new freons are more eco-friendly, they do not remove humidity from the air as well, leaving one to sweat-out a 'good-guy' decision.  The sacrifices we have to make! 

     -Researchers reveal that you are washing your money down the drain, if you are using the typically more expensive anti-bacterial soaps.  Proper hand-washing is at least as equally effective, using regular soap, and less expensive, too!  Scrub in!
