-From my friend, Debra M. - Mr. Clean Magic Erasers will remove ink and permanent marker from desks, walls, counters, doors, etc., among other items. 

     -Southwest Airlines, the foremost low-fare airline, has announced a boarding-enhancement policy.   Effective mid-November, the long and aggravating pre-board positioning will be no more!  Instead, boarding passes will be issued with a letter AND a number, commensurate with the time you received your boarding pass.  Passengers will board by letter(A, B, C) as before, but also by number(1 thru 5, 6 thru 10, etc.), eliminating the need to stand in line for eons, to ensure obtaining a desired seat.  Access to boarding passes will remain 24 hours in advance of departure. 
     The biggest encumbrance I've experienced, when boarding(on every airline), is the folks who insist on stowing their numerous carry-on items, and then have a difficult time lifting/positioning these items, interfering with other passengers by blocking the aisle!  I love to fly SWA.  The affordability and non-stop flight availability are hard to match!  I do wish the female attendants would revert to wearing hotpants, though(well, not all of them!)
