     Last 'winter's' freeze and this summer's brutal heat decimated many home landscapes(including mine), with broken pipes, dying plants, etc.  For several years, on the original advice of my good friend Howie, I have called upon Adrian Vargas, whenever this type of service is necessary.  Adrian is the hardest worker that I have ever met(sorry, Nick!), and his labor prices cannot be beat(tips are welcome!)  If you need a quality landscaper, call Adrian Vargas at:   602 - 486 - 6894
