One of my sons admitted to reading aziseeit, and logged onto the presidential survey site that I mentioned. Not only was he surprised to see with whom his views were most closely aligned, but he was then dismayed that he would soon have no candidate to vote for!....Former Mexican President Vicente Fox says the U.S. should divert the billions of $$$ that will be spent on a U.S./Mexico border wall, isolating the two nations, and spend it on education and job creation for Mexicans. Doesn't he realize that we do that already?....President Bush is prepared to give $1.4B to Mexico, for its drug war, in hopes of stopping their main export! Seems redundant. Isn't that how much the border wall will cost?....In Oklahoma, the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders has again filed suit to strike some of the nation's toughest anti-immigration laws, which deny illegals public benefits, such as rental assistance and fuel subsidies. Imagine that - more government money available for poor U.S. citizens!....Effective immediately, airport TSA security will no longer require Muslims to remove their 'headwear.' They may 'pat' them, as they are prone to do to womens' water bras suspected to be more than 3.4 ounces!....Chinese government officials are attempting to prove that they are providing quality control of their exports, but have only allowed U.S. inspectors limited access to manufacturing facilities(sounds like Iran & Iraq!) Can we trust the Chinese government? Hell - we can't even trust our own government!....Critics consider Phoenix to be a 'sanctuary city,' as officials at all levels refuse to detain people to ascertain their immigration status, or to require proof of citizenship before being allowed to enroll in school, receive subsidized(free) medical care, in-state tuition status, etc. Elect Sheriff Joe Arpaio to be our next governor!....The rate of solo-passenger autos using carpool lanes, during rush hour, is on the rise. ADOT should do as NBA Commish David stern did - change the rules, thereby eliminating the need to build more lanes - because there are already unused lanes available!....Cox Communications claims they are 'Best in Customer Service.' Qwest claims to be 'Best in Customer Satisfaction.' The Chief of Schools, Tom Horne, claimed that Arizona offers the 'Best Education in the State!'....While scantily-clad-model posters are the norm throughout the Valley's shopping centers, gigantic, explicit Victoria's Secret posters are causing an uproar, at the new SanTan Village mall, in Gilbert, proving once again that size DOES matter!....A new U.S. postage stamp, featuring George W. Bush, was reportedly not sticking to envelopes. Further studies found that people were spitting on the wrong side!
