Gone Baby Gone(rated 'R' and directed by Ben Affleck) - starring Casey Affleck, Ed Harris, Michelle Monaghan, and Morgan Freeman
This tale of a child abduction will keep you on the edge of your seat - never quite able to figure each twist of the plot, until quite close to the end - and even that is surprising! Casey Affleck is definitely a better actor than his brother, Mr. Jennifer Garner(this is Ben's directorial debut!); Monaghan gives a credible performance; and while Morgan Freeman is always great, it is Ed Harris that deserves an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of a hard-nosed, dirty detective.
You could wait to see it on DVD, but there aren't too many worthwhile films out right now, so see this one before it's Gone Baby Gone!
