-President Bush stated just what the political left wanted to hear, when he recently proclaimed that "you can't be president unless you have a firm set of principles to guide you." Since most principles come mainly from one's religious education/up-bringing, is it safe then, to 'assume' that there is no separation of Church and State, when ruling government? Got that, Mitt? Huck?
-And DUH-bya is fighting the release of White House visitor logs, in regards to 'secret' visits from at least three prominent religious leaders! Got that, Huck? Mitt?
-New Orleans residents are clashing over a recent City Council ruling to demolish some low-income housing, to make room for newer, mixed-income developments. Hey - just wait until the next hurricane season, and the arguments will be rendered moot!
-Gov. Napolitano and Az. Senate leaders have agreed to immediately begin work on resolving the imminent 2008 state budget deficit. Well, sure - there are imminent elections in November!
-The merger of US Airways and America West did not cost jobs, and in fact, the employment rate at US Airways is higher than other airline's gains. However, all of their employment gains cannot explain their lousy customer service rating, poor on-time ratings, or rising lost baggage claims!
