Az I Eat It....
Pita Jungle - SE corner of Shea & Scottsdale Rd., with other locations in the East Valley.
I was introduced to this cafe by my friend Steve, the Repo Man. Everything was quite affordable and tasteful, with warm, made-on-site pita bread lavishly supplied. The Mediterranean Platter was a combination of several items, most of which I cannot pronounce(hummus, baba-something, etc.) - and it is an appetizer that served as our entree, as could most of the appetizers! And the service was great - even though they were extremely busy during their typically long lunch rush! It may be all Greek to me, but it is actually Lebanese cuisine. And you don't have to be Lebsian to love it!
