- Health nuts are going to feel pretty stupid, someday, lying in a hospital bed - dying of nothing!
- Congratulations to Miss Michigan, for winning the 2008 Miss America Pageant. Her chances of winning the Miss Universe crown are pretty good, too, because in its 48 year history, the winner has always been from Earth!
- Whole Foods Markets will eliminate plastic bags by Earth Day - April 22nd. Wouldn't it be great if President Bush would have no need for body bags, by Memorial Day - May 26th!
- Sales of bottled water are diminishing, possibly due to 'greening' education about the plastic containers that dominate landfills. Those that drink regularly from tap water sources, however, can count on dominating the landscapes of cemeteries much sooner than expected!
- Beginning in August 2008, Arizona non-English learners must receive four hours of English instruction, daily - at a cost of $250M moe than is available($300M total - just to learn English!) My grandparents - and millions more - arrived at Ellis Island and legally 'registered,' then went about working and assimilating into AMERICAN society - learning English on their own, paying taxes and being thankful and proud to be American! By deporting all illegals and their children, Arizona would be able to eliminate most of the projected deficits for the coming years!
- Arizona SB1214, an initiative to allow teachers to carry concealed weapons on public school campuses, will never pass the legislature without the overwhelming support of school administrators - and that will never happen, unless an administrator is killed on campus - instead of merely students and teachers!
- Good health is merely the slowest rate at which one can die!(Thanks, Howie!)
