If those projections are the main basis that state and local budgets are predicated upon, then a new system must be implemented. It seems that it should be a simple task - how much does it cost to run the government? That's how much we must budget!
- Spending tens of thousands of dollars on speed cameras is a waste of money. If government officials really want to slow freeway traffic, just give every driver a cellphone! You know I'm correct!
