- The anagram FORD(Found On Road Dead) is for real! Ford has issued an immediate recall for several models, from 1993 to 2004, due to a faulty cruise control system that can cause the engine to ignite - even when the vehicle is OFF! To date, at least three(3) people have died as a result of this problem. Please call your nearest FORD dealer and remedy this defect! Initially, on a 'drive-thru' basis, they may simply disconnect your system, until remedial parts become available. Better yet - buy a GM!
