- The federal government's tax rebate package is intended to stimulate the U.S. economy, but if we spend it at Wal-Mart, the money will go to the Chinese. If we spend it on gasoline, the money will go to the Arabs. To truly stimulate the U.S. economy, we must spend it on beer, prostitution, and golf, because those are the only businesses still in the U.S. Your cooperation is appreciated!
