- The Arizona Legislature will soon discuss an alternative graduation requirement, considering grade achievement, instead of test scores, for those too uneducated to pass the consistently dumbed-down AIMS tests. Thousands of students are reportedly only about 25 points from passing. Citing the possibility of additional grade inflation, Idiot-tendent Tom Horne is opposed, saying that it is unnecessary, and redundant to the next scheduled dumbing-down of the AIMS tests!
