Looking forward to two of Buffalo, New York favorites - Beef on Kummelweck and Buffalo-style Chicken Wings? Well, look elsewhere! Their on-site made kummelweck was simply a soft breadroll with caraway seeds and kosher salt sprinkled on top - not an actual Kummelweck hardroll. What a disappontment! The boneless chicken wings were cooked in regular hot sauce - not a Buffalo-style confection at all! And the au jus was made from a mix - not from slow roasting the beef. Just goes to show - some people will eat anything - and like it!
