- Okay - 'Earth Hour' is ended, and the good news is that the entire state of Arizona saved enough energy to power whatever number of new illegal immigrant's drop houses for one entire year! The bad news is that both APS and SRP lost enough income that they will apply for two additional rate increases, to recoup the amount necessary to reach their Corporation Commission approved maximum allowable incomes! Yeah - it's 'lights out!'
