- Earth Day 2008 has come and gone, but the effects will last forever! Yeah, that's right - I'm talking about the NEW style CFL light bulbs that were introduced. Smaller, more efficient, faster-working - and only THREE times more expensive than the present CFLs. If the economy has gone bad, the commercial/industrial world has certainly not been made aware! World-wide, while consumers look for the'light at the end of the tunnel,' our dollars are to be sucked in by a 'CFL at the end of a funnel!'
