Az I See It....

Prologue:  Coincidence?  STRESSED is DESSERTS spelled backwards!

National:  A CNN focus group, of undecided Democrats, Republicans and Independents, from Colombus, Ohio - a major battleground swing state - clearly favored Sen Obama, over Sen. McCain, while being electronically-monitored during the second presidential debate.  After much discussion of candidate answers, personal perceptions, and monitoring results, they still voted 14 to 11, in favor of McCain!....Sen. McCain bailed out of his appearance with David Letterman, citing comedy as not being appropriate, during the present economic crisis.  Now the crisis is worse than ever, yet it was McCain who feebly attempted comedic, hostile jabs and interjections, during the recent debate!....The FDIC has approved a premium increase to banks, to ensure each depositor's first $100K account balance - almost doubling the existing premiums.  Look forward to increased and additional fees from your banking institution!....Speculators recently raided the commodities market - driving the price of oil towards the $200 per barrel mark.  Now, they are selling the stock market short, just waiting for it to bottom-out, so that they can make more trillions!  Stay calm, and keep your investments diversified!....California residents' blood has tested ten times higher than normal, for PBDEs - a flame retardant chemical.  So, next wildfire season, their homes may burn, but they'll only experience hot flashes!

State:  When Sheriff Joe Arpaio is accused of perceived improprites, it is front page news, by the crack reporters of the Arizona Repulsive.  When he was recently exonerated in a lawsuit filed by the New Times, for alleged infringement of free speech, it was just a tiny blurb at the bottom of page one of Section B - and reported only by the Associated Press!

Epilogue:  A recent survey finds that 57% of the general population do not care for the other 43%!
