- AARP Chapter #1 is meeting this evening - Friday, December 5th, at 5:30pm, in the Youngtown Council Chambers.  A potluck dinner will follow the Installation of the elected Officers/Directors for 2009, and a fun Christmas celebration will follow the dinner and business portions of the agenda!  All AARP members are welcome to attend, and encouraged to join Chapter #1 - the first local AARP Chapter, of thousands nationwide, ever to be chartered(October 1960)
