National: Saturday Night Live is taking a verbal beating for its parody of NYS Governor David Patterson, who is legally blind. One CNN call-in critic complained, "Who will they make fun of next, people with one leg?" Well. Amy Poehler has played the character Amber, the one-legged trashy blonde, for some time, and no one led an outcry over that! Don Rickles made a career of making fun of everybody! No public chastisement there, either! And President Bush - he's been the butt of everyone's jokes and imitations for 8 years! Lighten up folks!....The Catholic Church has excommunicated a priest, Dale Fushek, not for his alleged pediphilia, but for starting his own opposing ministry. Way to go Pope Benedict Arnold XVI!
