- After completing an 18-month prison sentence(and 6 months of house arrest), for operating and bankrolling a dog-fighting business - and his torturous treatment of the dogs - Michael Vick will be allowed to play for the Philadelphia Eagles NFL team, this season, with the stipulation that he must wear a flea collar at all times!
