And if you know anyone who has served - or will serve - in Iraq or Afghanistan, this film may be gut-wrenching. Intense, action-packed, and real-to-life, a U.S. Army demolition/bomb squadron counts down the days until their 'rotation' is finished, and they can return to the ones they love - if they return at all. You will find yourself holding your breath, with anxiousness, at times.
This film has already garnered support for Academy Awards, but while it may be deserving under different political/social circumstances, it is just not the right time - the world is not yet ready to appreciate the calamity of these on-going wars. It is too early to believe it. It hurts too much!
