The Reel Deal

Inception(rated PG-13) - starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, Ken Watanabe, Ellen Page, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt

'Inception' is defined as planting an idea into one's mind, through the use of dreams, so that they will unwittingly believe that the idea is their own.  Cobb(DiCaprio) is an expert in this field, and is hired by Saito(Watanabe) to do as such to a business competitor, for purposes of Saito's personal gain.  Ariadne(Page) is the dream architect, and Arthur(Gordon-Levitt) is the one to select the team members.  The beautiful Mal(Cotillard) is the wife of Cobb, and serves to disrupt his abilities to dream(hey, he's married!)
When the inception evolves into a 'dream-within-a-dream,' and then advances to multiple levels of dream sequences, the story may become too confusing for some, but it is really just a combination of two Oscar-winning film ideas from a while ago - The Sting(Newman & Redford), where many similar twists and deceptions developed into a sensational end, and The Sixth Sense(Willis & Osmont), where the entire tale spun around 'I see dead people!'
Confused?  To some, it will be more like 'Sliding Doors'(another great film) and Ocean's 11(or 12, or 13), with fascinating possibilities, or hard-to-follow(or swallow) loose ends.  The worst part of this film were the preposterous gunfights, with only the 'bad guys' getting blown away, even though their fire power and numbers were far greater than the 'Dream Team.'
A good film, with a great cast, exceptional special effects, and an intriguing, though sometimes confusing story line - but worth the money.  Hey, what a great idea!
