Az I Eat It....
Pacific Seafood Buffet(Hibachi and Sushi Grill) - 83rd Ave & W. Bell Rd., in Peoria, Az(formerly Carver's Steakhouse)
I am always looking for quality seafood at reasonable prices, so I thought I'd have this month's 'Guy's Night Out' at the recently opened Pacific Seafood Buffet(there is a franchise in Chandler,
Az., too!) I am still looking, and WHAT was I thinking?! The food was not particularly good, and kept to appropriate temperatures. Ten men, with varied tastes and selections from the numerous buffet tables, could only agree that most was sub-par, and not worth it, even at the 'Senior-discount' price of only $12.49. And they do not have Coca Cola products(poor!)
The waitress was very attentive(and a real cutie), but even the dessert bar was poor, with cakes, creampuffs, cookies, etc., appearing to be Costco products. The ice cream was scooped, and not poured, so if that is what you are into, I suppose it wouldn't be a total loss. Nick even turned back a plate of stone crab legs, as it proved too much work for too little reward!
Maybe I'm spoiled, but when it comes to good seafood, make sure it comes from the Atlantic!
