They will be deported. None were U.S. citizens!
National: Republican Congressmen insist that Pres. Obama have USA/NATO Libyan air strike involvement approved by them. Should be simple, considering these same incompetents approved Dubya's request for ground troops to invade Iraq to look for WMD's!....Can switching to GEICO save you 15% on your car insurance? Is Operation Odyssey Dawn really a war?....At a recent political stop, announced presidential candidate Mitt Romney, whose net-worth is estimated at approximately $200M, told a gathering of unemployed workers that he, too, was unemployed. He was serious. Let's hope he stays that way!....A group of research scientists report that California was originally inhabited by two groups, as long as 13,000 years ago, with both groups still claiming ancestral sovereignty - the Crips and the Bloods!....The Governors of Alabama and Georgia have recently signed anti-illegal immigration legislation even tougher than Arizona's. State: The latest pro-illegal immigration propaganda is that it could adversely affect our military personnel numbers, if these 'proud peoples' are excluded. So let me get this straight - we are told that, because of SB1070, illegals will no longer come forward to schools or local governments - including police investigations - because they fear exposure and deportation, but they would enlist in the military due to 'family pride?' Yeah - maybe the Mexican military!....Republican legislators want to restructure the Arizona Income Tax Code, instituting a Flat Tax, which will cost the treasury a net $50M loss. The new rate system would cost lower- to middle-class earners approximately $200 more each year, while those earning more than $200K would remain at their present rate, and those earning more than $100K would actually pay $1,000 less each year!....Atty. Gen. Tom Horne will have 30 minutes to defend a lawsuit against Proposition 200, the voter registration requirement that people provide proof of legal residency before being allowed to vote. I'll bet he speaks for ten minutes, then plays Rhapsody in Blue for the remainder!....Economists are debating the results of the legislature declining federal money to extend long-term unemployment benefits. At least the economists are back to work!....At present, there are at least 15,000 unemployed that will be affected by the denial of federal funding, with 30K to 40K more at-risk by the end of the year. Republican leaders suggested that they start selling their own body organs to those on the AHCCCS transplant waiting list. The poor and unemployed don't typically vote, anyway!....As many as 250K poor and disabled will lose their AHCCCS Medicaid benefits beginning July 8th, as the feds conceded to the Az. legislature, saving $500M in the state budget. Said at least one of our fearless, wealthy leaders, "I got mine, now go get your own!"....An interesting aside to the Fiesta Bowl/Freebies-to-Legislators scandal is that a severe rat infestation has been discovered at the state Capitol. Ya think?!....Convicted killer Richard Bible has been executed after more than 23 years on Death Row. His victim, Jennifer Wilson, had lived for only 9 years!
